Deacon and Elder IDX - part 2
At our January IDX, we started to ponder ideas to help us take our Deacon and Elder service to the next level. Now it's time to make that next step. We will continue the discussion 9am-11am at Grace Lutheran in Chester. Our agenda will focus on sharing ideas on how Deacons and Elders serve at our respective congregations, next steps on working with our pastors to see how we can help them free up time to focus on core ministry tasks, and of course, fellowship.
