Video Series Introduction
Does your congregation struggle to develop and retain lay leaders? Have you identified potential new church leaders but are not sure how to get them engaged? Do you need a refresher in Biblical leadership? If so, you are not alone. Several churches in our circuit have identified this as an area of growth, thus the C-10 coalition has created a series of 5 short videos to introduce the topic of Biblical church leadership and what it means to experienced and potential lay leaders to serve the church while ultimately serving our Lord. Each 10-15 minute video comes with a handful of discussion questions meant to encourage group or individual discussion and reflection. C-10 is also offering (even encouraging) a facilitator from the C-10 team who can participate in the video viewings with your team and guide them through the discussion questions, whether in-person or remote.
